**Extended Consultations fees are applied pro-rata but will be discussed at the appointment if needed.

Clinic Based Treatment (at Carindale):

Medicare:

If you hold a Chronic Disease Management Plan issued by your GP, the current Medicare rebate is $56.00. Unfortunately we are NOT a bulk billing service, so there will be a gap. Please have your Medicare Card ready so your rebate can be processed and immediately back into your account.

DVA Gold Card: Unfortunately we are no longer accept DVA Gold Card claims. If you would like to see Lori Marshall it would be as a privately billed patient.

Work Cover: Bulk billed for approved claims – Clinic appointments only.

Third Party: Bulk billed for approved claims – Clinic appointments only.

Payment is required at the time of consultation. Payment can be via:
